Paris Marathon: Marathon Nails from Dahlia Nails

It was all a bit of a whirlwind leading up to Marathon Day – right now I’m recovering in Paris. In the meantime, enjoy these updates that didn’t quite get posted before I left – including the reveal of my Paris Marathon Nails!

This is how girls do marathon training:

And so is it really surprising that we decided to accessorize our marathon experience with MARATHON DAY NAILS?! Thanks to the amazing Jo from Dahlia Nails for hosting us, and creating amazing Paris themed designs for us. I loved how we all were able to put our own individual spin on what we wanted! I decided on a pale pink and pink glitter theme, with some Parisian and Marathon inspired designs šŸ˜‰

I’ve had so many comments on them already, and I can’t wait to look down and see a little bit of extra motivation on the day.Ā

I love those nails! True works of art! My favourites are the Eiffel Tower and the 26.2, and the Union Jack…In fact, I think it’s pretty much all of them! I’m rubbish at painting my own nails.

Love the idea of having your nails painted with symbols on them- I bet they gave you a little extra boost during your run. I like to paint my nails to match the medal ribbon (if I know what colour it will be).
