Below is a list of health, fitness and wellness related things I would LOVE to achieve at some point in my life. What’s on your Life List?

1. Go on a week long yoga retreat to a country like Morocco, Spain etc
2. Undertake a 21 day yoga intensive
3. Run the Golden Gate bridge in San Francisco
4. Run a half marathon
5. Run the Lululemon Seawheeze in Vancouver
6. Run a Color Run
7. Run from Zombies
8. Try Crossfit
9. Take a Kettlebell class
10. Attend a Wanderlust Festival
11. Attend a yogarave
12. Hike the Milford Track
13. Walk the Cinque Terre
14. Complete a Whole 30
15. Undertake some form of further study in the health/nutrition/wellness area
16. Take the P90x or Insanity challenge
17. Go on a wellness retreat – mind, body and spirit
18. Read “It Starts with Food” 
19. Attend a seminar, workshop or women’s health weekend with Dr Libby Weaver
